Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1 small onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 bunch Swiss chard (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 19 ounce can cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a pan.
2. Add the red pepper flakes, onion garlic and saute until the onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the tomato and Swiss chard stalks and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add the Swiss chard leaves and cook until wilted.
5. Stir in the beans and heat.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
