Ingredients
- 1 Pound Lean Ground Turkey or Lean Ground Beef
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- ¼ Cup Teriyai Sauce
- ¼ Cup Hoison Sauce
- ½ Cup Ken’s Lite Apple Cider Vinegar Salad Dressing
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar Twin
Instructions
- In medium bowl, mix together ground meat and all seasoning.
- In small bowl mix together Teriyaki Sauce, Hoison Sauce, Apple Cider Salad Dressing and Brown Sugar Twin.
- Add ¼ Cup Sauce mixture to meat mixture.
- Roll meat mixture into 1-1½” balls
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in large skillet
- Add meatballs into hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Rotate to brown all sides.
- Pour sauce over meatballs, reduce to medium and simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
- Can be left in Crockpot on low or warm for parties and events.
