Simple Black Bean Chili

 

Ingredients

2 cans black beans (2 PointsPlus per 1/2 cup)
1 jar mild salsa (0 PointsPlus)
1/3 cup vegetable stock (0 PointsPlus)
heat to taste (I used habanero seasoning)
garlic to taste (I added 1/2 tbsp)
dash of cumin
parsley for garnish

Directions

Dump all ingredients in a large pot.

Cook on 15 minutes on med-high, stirring often.

Chili is great for the fall, which can’t get here soon enough in Arizona! We’re waiting as patiently as we can! The weather has finally cooled down and the evenings have been high so no complaints at all! eck of the woods.
