Mississippi Mud Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped

Directions:

  1. In a 9 x 13 baking pan, combine the potatoes, cheese, bacon, garlic, and onion.
  2. Add in the mayonnaise and stir until all is coated.
  3. Place pan in a preheated oven, 325, for 1- 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Enjoy!
