8 ear corn, husked and cleaned |
16 piece bacon |
1 chili powder or black pepper, to taste (optional) |
Directions
- Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
- Wrap each ear of corn with 2 pieces of bacon. Sprinkle with chili powder or black pepper, if desired. Place each piece of bacon wrapped corn on a piece of aluminum foil, wrap, and twist the ends tightly to seal.
- Grill for about 20 minutes or until corn is tender, turning every 5 minutes. Take corn off the grill, remove the foil, and place corn back on the grill directly on the grate for a few minutes until the bacon is crisp.
