Garlic Stir Fry Sauce

 

Ingredients

  • 23 cup low-sodium soy sauce, or tamari
  • 12 cup chicken broth
  • 13 cup rice wine
  • 3 12 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  •  14 tsp white pepper
  • 14 cup water
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce or tamari, chicken broth, rice wine, sugar, sesame oil, and white pepper. In a separate bowl, dissolve corn starch in water.
  2. Heat a pan over high heat and add cooking oil, swirling to coat. Add garlic and ginger and saute, stirring, until fragrant, about 15 seconds. Add soy sauce mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 1 minute. Add corn starch mixture and cook, stirring, until the sauce boils and thickens.
