Frozen Berries

2 cups of frozen berries

1/2 cup of sugar

3 tbsp of lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Place mixed berries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.

Stir and coat berries with sugar.

Heat on medium until the mixture comes to a boil.

Reduce heat to LOW and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 25-30 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly.

Remove the pan from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.

Ladle into your jars and let stand at room temp until the jam cools down completely.

Add your lids and store the berry jam in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or store in the freezer for up to one year.
