Ingredients
- 2 cups (14 oz) dry yellow split peas
- 2 stalks of celery with leaves, diced
- 6 cups water
- 1 Tablespoon Dry Dill
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
Method
- Rinse the dry peas in a mesh strainer and place into a 4 quart (or larger) slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients, cover, and set heat to low. Leave to cook for 8 hours then serve hot.
