Ingredients:
2 (4 oz) cans tiny shrimp, divided
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
Directions:
Reserve a few shrimp for garnish, set aside/refrigerate.
In a bowl, use a fork to mash the remaining shrimp. Combine with the cream cheese, horseradish and Old Bay Seasoning until smooth.
Transfer mixture to the center of a large piece of plastic wrap. Wrap up mixture shaping into desired form. Transfer to serving platter. Garnish with reserved tiny shrimp. Keep covered with plastic and refrigerated until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, unwrap spread and serve with crackers, bread or crudités.
