Easy Creamy Guacamole

Ingredients

3/4 cup Weight Watchers Reduced Fat Cream Cheese Spread
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 medium avocado
2 Tbsp chopped chives
Green onion, crack of pepper, and avocado slice as a garnish

Directions

In a bowl mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice and salt.

Chop the avocado into cubes and add them to the bowl, mix well for 2 minutes or until everything is incorporated and there are a few avocado chunks left.

Incorporate the chopped chives and the pepper and mix for 1 more minute.
