Ingredients
- 7-8 hard boiled eggs, cut in half.
- ¼ cup tuna fish, drained
- ¼ cup + 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 3 tsp dill relish
- ½ tsp salt, more if needed
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- Paprika
- Dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Boil eggs, let cool.
- Once cooled, peel and cut each egg in half.
- Take out yokes and place in a mixing bowl.
- Smash with a fork and add tuna, mayonnaise, relish, salt and pepper.
- Stir until well incorporated.
- Spoon mixture into each egg.
- Sprinkle with a little paprika and dried parsley (optional)
- Chill and enjoy!
