Ingredients
| 8 oz imitation crabmeat, chopped |
| 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded |
| 1 cup onion, chopped |
| 4 large egg, or equivalent amount of egg beaters |
| 1 cup evaporated skim milk |
| 1⁄2 tsp salt |
| 1⁄2 tsp dry mustard |
| 1⁄8 tsp pepper |
| 1 dash paprika |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) or 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for a glass plate.
- Spray a 9 inch pie plate with non-stick spray.
- Combine chopped crab, onion and cheese.
- Press mixture into pie plate.
- Beat together eggs, evaporated skim milk, salt, dry mustard and pepper and pour over the crab.
- Sprinkle the top with paprika.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
