Cranberry Baked Brie Bread Bowl

Ingredients

1 loaf bread
1 wheel (8 oz) brie cheese
2 tbsp dried cranberries
2 tbsp walnuts, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Cut a hole in the center of the loaf the same size as the brie, using the wheel as a template. Set aside the bread that’s removed. If using a long loaf, cut off the ends of each of the long sides and slice.
  3. Cut the top off the brie wheel by scoring the edge, then running some kitchen twine or unflavored dental floss in the score and pulling it through the wheel. Place brie inside the bread bowl with the cut side up, then top with cranberries and walnuts. Put bread bowl, bread removed from the center, and slices from the ends on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the brie is melted.
