Cheddar Ranch Cheese Ball

 

Ingredients

2 package (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 package (1 oz) ranch salad dressing mix, not dip mix
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded
12 cup sliced almonds

Directions

 

  1. Add cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and Worcestershire sauce to a medium bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Stir in cheddar cheese. Shape mixture into a ball. Place almonds in a small shallow bowl and roll the cheese ball in the nuts to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, if possible. The cheese ball tastes best when made the day before so the flavors have time to develop.
