Ingredients
1⁄2 cup pecans, chopped |
8 oz cream cheese, softened |
8 oz sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 tbsp chives, chopped |
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce |
3⁄4 cup dried cranberries |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, then cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chives, toasted pecans, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined. Transfer mixture to a large piece of plastic wrap, then shape into a ball. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Remove cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap. Roll in dried cranberries until completely coated.
