Ingredients
1 large head broccoli
10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 C. mayo
2 eggs, beaten
1 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
20 Ritz crackers, crushed (not a topping, they are mixed in with the other ingredients)
Directions
Steam the broccoli until it is tender and chop the florets into small pieces. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients well and pour into a 2.5 quart casserole dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
