Biscuit cake (without baking)

A cake without baking is a simple solution to a complex problem, how to make a delicious cake in half an hour.

··Ingredients:

  • Cookies — 2-3 packs
  • Labne (cheese) — 400 g (you can replace the mascarpone)
  • Cream (fat content of 35%) — 200 ml
  • Sugar powder — 100-150 g
  • instant coffee — 2 packs
  • Nuts and dark chocolate for decoration

·· Cooking:

First of all we do cream. in a separate container we combine labne, cream and icing sugar, beat with a mixer at high speed until thick (there will be a liquid mass first — do not be alarmed, then the cream will stir up and the cream will thicken).

2. Coffee (can be replaced with cocoa or melted chocolate) pour boiling water (300 ml).

3.Cookies are well dipped in coffee and laid out on the bottom of the baking mold (the smaller the size of the cake, the higher the cake), so that there are no gaps. You can take any dry biscuit cookies (the more delicious the cookies, the tastier the cake) or Savoyardi cookies (then you get something like Tiramisu!)

4. Spread the cream on the base and evenly distribute it over the entire surface (we determine the size of the layer ourselves).

5. Then, from above, again lay out a layer of cookies and lubricate the cream. So do with all the ingredients. The last layer should be cream.

6.ready cake put in the fridge for 12 hours to soak.

7. After a time, decorate the cake with finely chopped nuts and chocolate chips, cut into pieces and serve to the table.

The cake is very soft and tasty. You can experiment with cream, for example, there are curds with different flavors, you can take them instead of labne.
