It’s pretty easy, but slightly high maintenance! Dip the chicken in flour, egg, and romano cheese.
Dredge through the flour.
Dip in the egg.
Roll through the cheese.
Throw it in a pan.
And you’re done!
You will need:
2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons Romano cheese
salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons water
