Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup sultanas
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup milk
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 160-170C.
- STEP 2Mix together dry ingredients. Make well in centre and add milk.
- STEP 3Mix well, and pour into a lined and greased loaf tin.
- STEP 4Bake 45 minutes to an hour.
Notes
This makes a wet mixture. The slower you cook it, the moister it stays.
