Two great sandwiches in one! This is a great recipe to tweak to your liking by tossing in all your favorite add-ins. (I’m thinking of trying some dill pickles next time!

- 8-12 ozmushrooms, sauteed
- 2 largeonions, sliced thin and sauteed
- ·salt and pepper, to taste
- GRILLED CHEESE
- 8 slicefavorite bread
- 4-8 slicefavorite cheese for making a grilled cheese sandwich
- ·butter or margarine
